Time is flying by here at the Perdue's. So fast in fact that I forgot that yesterday was "post day" As far as the jack sprat project goes I am down another pound. I'll take it. At the end of ninety days all of my little steps will have added up to a big loss, so Whooty Whoo!. The "Bearded One" is still gulping down his shakes as well and though he plays it pretty close to his vest I think it has been very beneficial. He's also loving the Vi- Nutra-cookies. They are delicious . If you read the label you will see that there are vegetables included! High protein and fiber, good for you cookies.
We have become the proud parents of one "Harley D" Perdue. He is a ten week old shi-tzu/pomeranian ball of fur. This whole turn of events has been the product of daughter Leslie's insistence. I can't believe I succumbed, but succumb I did. We are very proud parents. I have turned into one of those "puppy moms" The "Bearded One" and I clap joyfully over every successful trip to the pee pad. Who knew.
As many of you know (all three of you) I have jumped feet first onto the ViSalus Challenge not only as one on a challenge but as a promoter as well. I'm excited about the company, the products, the fact that I get my shakes for free and the compensation is tangible. This being said If it seems that this is like a big "Vi"mercial know that It just the natural overflow from something working in my life. I will try to remember to add CHUB ALERT when I post from Facebook so that nobody gets here by mistake.
My elliptical workouts are at a stop-go stop-go sort of place. I had mentioned that I was going to start doing it in the morning and that worked for a few days but kicking the "Bearded One" out of the bedroom that early has proven to disrupt both his and Harley's sleep pattern. So back to the drawing board.
Well Harley has found my work boots. He's using them for a chew toy. Time to distract the little guy.
Until next time...
Have a cookie… they're good for you!
